Welcome to our Reiki and Restore class – a harmonious blend of restorative yoga and Kundalini Reiki. This class invites practitioners of all levels to experience deep relaxation by holding yoga poses for extended periods, supported by props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters. Emphasizing the meditative aspect of yoga, it allows the union of body and mind.
In the realm of Western yoga, which often leans towards athleticism, our class provides a contrasting approach. While traditional practices focus on building strength and flexibility, our restorative yoga gently relaxes muscles through prop-supported postures. As you breathe and pay attention to sensations, tension releases from both body and mind.
Complementing this serene practice is Kundalini Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique. Facilitated by Kim, the session involves energy transfer through hands, incorporating breathwork, meditation, and visualizations to awaken chakras. Deena will lovingly guide you through poses that balance each chakra, while Kim channels intuitive messages for a unique experience tailored to each participant.
Kim Cardiel Earley, a Kundalini Reiki Grand Master practitioner and Akashic Records reader, transformed her life after a challenging journey through postpartum depression and years of buried trauma. Embracing an alcohol-free lifestyle, she found solace in Reiki, catalyzing a profound shift. Kim's path led her to become a skilled podcaster, motivational speaker, and intuitive energy reader, sometimes utilizing different forms of divination as well. Her own shadow work and healing journey evolved into a mission to support others on their paths, using her experiences and intuition to hold space for healing and transformation.
She is ecstatic to be joining TeeTotal their mission to help sober people stay sober, and find a like-minded community to hold space together.
Deena Jackson has been sharing her love of yoga as a practitioner since 2008. She obtained her 200-hour training in the Amazon jungles of Peru in 2022. Realizing alcohol was no longer serving her highest good, she decided to cut it from her life the same time she decided to go to yoga teacher training. She can't wait to share her passion for yoga with you in the fun, healing, and sober space that TeeTotal Initiative provides! In this sacred space, every person receives an intuitive message, making each Reiki and Restore class a holistic journey of relaxation, energy alignment, and personal insight.
