In this gentle, guided hour, we’ll explore practices designed to soften tension and invite movement—both physically and emotionally. Through breathwork, subtle movement, visualization, and reflection, we’ll work with the warm, energizing color orange, encouraging creativity, flexibility, and a renewed sense of vitality.
