In this calm, supportive virtual session, we’ll explore practices that help you reconnect to your physical body and cultivate steadiness from the inside out. Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, visualization, and reflection, we’ll focus on the grounding energy of the color red, inviting a deeper feeling of security, presence, and trust in your path forward.
