We complete our Seven Steps to Center journey with the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)—the energy center associated with connection, meaning, and a sense of wholeness beyond the self.
In this final virtual session, we’ll work with the colors violet and white, inviting spaciousness, reflection, and integration. Through breathwork, meditation, visualization, and gentle guidance, we’ll focus on cultivating presence, peace, and a deeper connection to something greater—however you define it.
This session is an invitation to pause, reflect on the journey you’ve taken, and honor the growth, balance, and awareness you’ve cultivated along the way.
