June’s session guides us inward toward intuition, awareness, and inner wisdom. The Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) is associated with perception, insight, and our ability to trust our inner guidance.
In this calming virtual practice, we’ll work with the deep, reflective color indigo through meditation, visualization, breathwork, and gentle practices designed to quiet the mind and heighten awareness.
This session offers space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your inner knowing—supporting clarity, reflection, and a deeper sense of trust in yourself and your journey.
