This month’s virtual session focuses on the Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)—the center of motivation, inner strength, and our ability to take action aligned with who we truly are.

Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, visualization, and reflection, we’ll work with the bright, energizing color yellow to cultivate clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. This session supports releasing self-doubt and reconnecting with your inner fire in a grounded, compassionate way.
