Join us for a powerful and soul-cleansing experience designed to help you release what’s been building up inside—rage, grief, stress, or anything that’s ready to be freed.
Held in a private, safe space in the serene woods of Slippery Rock, PA, The Sound of Letting Go is a supportive space for sober individuals to reconnect with their voice, their body, and their truth. Through intentional screaming, guided meditation, and reflective journaling, we’ll move stuck energy and make room for healing.
