Get ready to get inky! Join us for an energetic, hands-on Screenprinting Workshop at Artists Image Resource (AIR) on Pittsburgh’s Northside, located at 518 Foreland St, Pittsburgh, PA, 15212. This creative afternoon runs from 1:00–4:00 PM on Saturday, February 14 and is perfect for beginners and curious creatives alike.
We’ll kick things off with a tour of AIR’s legendary 10,000 square foot facilities, followed by a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of the screenprinting process. With light refreshments to keep you fueled, you’ll spend about two hours learning and printing, then enjoy one full hour of open studio time to experiment and play, with lots of guidance and support. You can print totes or T-shirts, take home a custom-printed tote, and receive 13×19 Cougar paper (premium, uncoated paper) for printing. Fine printmaking paper will also be available for purchase ($5.50 for a 22 x 30 inch sheet). If you’d like to bring your own T-shirt, AIR recommends 100%…
